Plex have provided help and advice when required, offering a wide range of quality products over the years, not that there has been many, but any issues have been resolved promptly, most of which weren't really a Plex created problem, more a delivery one. The products and storage bags always have a substantial feel to them and although we appreciate they may have been sourced in the Far East they have maintained a level of quality that gives some reassurance to our clients. Plex range of products are very good and my contact Vicky Low has always been very friendly, helpful and efficient. On the very rare occasion anything does go wrong, it is nearly always sorted very quickly to my satisfaction. I especially order Advantage systems & Sigma roll-up stands, which are of very good quality. These are the only stands I use on my Premium range of stands, and would be very reluctant to change. A very good company to trade with!

Customer service is very good - always helpful with stock enquiries, suggesting best offers and general info. We have had some delivery issues (goods sent to wrong address or order process with wrong address until pointed out and mis-picks resulting in short deliveries) but each issue has been dealt with very efficiently and to a very high satisfaction
